Carron Real Estate Limited — Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

**Last updated: May 2026**

This statement sets out the steps that Carron Real Estate Limited has taken, and continues to take, to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking play no part in our business or supply chain. Although we are not legally required to publish a statement under s.54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we do so voluntarily as a reflection of our commitment to ethical business practice.

Our business

Carron Real Estate Limited is a specialist property consultancy based in Scotland, providing commercial property agency, business rates advisory and property management services. Our operations are UK-based only. As a small consultancy, our supply chain is limited in scope and we consider the overall risk of modern slavery within our business to be low.

Our position on modern slavery

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in all its forms, including:

– Human trafficking
– Forced or compulsory labour
– Slavery and servitude
– Labour exploitation through physical or psychological coercion

We are committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency in all our business dealings.

Our supply chain

Given the nature and scale of our business, our supply chain is modest. Where we engage third-party suppliers or subcontractors — for example, in connection with property management instructions — we deal only with reputable, established firms. We do not engage agency staff.

We expect all those we work with to share our commitment to ethical conduct and to operate in compliance with all applicable laws, including those relating to modern slavery and human trafficking.

Due diligence

As a small business, our due diligence is proportionate to the risks we face. Where we engage suppliers or subcontractors, we satisfy ourselves as to their legitimacy and, where appropriate, their own approach to modern slavery and labour practices before entering into any engagement.

Training and awareness

As sole director, Paul McInnes takes personal responsibility for ensuring awareness of modern slavery risks within the business and remains alert to any indicators of concern in the course of business dealings.

Review

This statement is reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect any changes in our business or supply chain.
